Since I love typography, this really caught my attention. This unique 19th century snuff box appears to be German in origin. It is made of a basketweave type of material applied to wood. There is a white glass insert on the top with script writing in German. The box measures 3-3/4" long 2" deep and 1" tall. There are several areas of missing weave, but still quite a charming little piece.
