Late 19th century English measuring can made of solid steel. Measures 8" tall and 7-3/4" in diameter. Fancy brass tab on front that reads, "5 LITER." This was most likely used to measure dry ingredients such as grains. This would look fabulous as a plant holder or for flowers. Just about anything! It is handmade with great workmanship. Some spots of paint loss as expected with age.
