Lovely open sugar bowl from the Ritz Carlton. Bowl has double-sided fancy swagged rope design. Quite ornate. Measures 3-1/4" to top of handles, 6-1/2" from handle-to-handle and 3-1/4" wide. Beautiful patina with a clean interior. Manufactured by Barth & Company, New York. Dates to the 1920's/
