Lovely-shaped vintage teapot from the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City. Crest on front still remains. Fancy swag border. Measures 8" tall and 6-1/2" from handle to spot. Exterior has dings and pitting as typical with early pieces. Interior wear. Base is slightly warped so pot wobbles just a bit. This does not detract from its beauty. Truly an exceptional piece of hotel silver. Bottom markings read, "Reed & Barton Silver Soldered 2P Hotel Pennsylvania New York." Date symbol is 1941. Great piece!
