Wonderful teapot from the ChGteau Champlain is a hotel in Montreal, Quebec. Once owned by CP Hotels (now Fairmont Hotels and Resorts) and later sold off in the 1990s, it is now part of the Marriott hotel chain. Fancy large side mark that reads, "Chateau Champlain." Measures 3-3/4" tall and 6-1/2" from handle to spout. Black wooden handle. Pot does show signs of age. Interior is quite worn and should be used for decorative purposes only. The lid has some silver loss as noted in the photos. Manufactured by Alfred Eaves Limited, Canada. Great piece!
