Beautiful mid-1800's French transferware plate feature the Arc de Triomphe. Pretty handpainted colors on black and white background. Measures 8-1/4" in diameter. French manufacturer's marks on bottom. Some light scratching on front of plate. Wonderful piece that's over 150 years old!
