Magnificent rare platter from the famous Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California. The platter has a gold crown motif and gold rim. Although it does not bear the Del Coronado name, the pattern was common for the Coronado and most likely used in the Presidential Suites. It measures 14-3/4" by 10-1/2" and it quite heavy.
