Such a stately teapot from the Hotel La Salle in Chicago, Illinois. Teapot measures 8-1/4" tall and 6" from handle to spout. Fancy raised crest. Teapot has an aged patina and shows small dents, pitting and dings as expected with an early piece. Interior has quite a bit of age and should be used for decorative purposes only. Bottom markings read, "R. Wallace Silver Soldered 10 oz. Hotel La Salle." Lovely, isn't it?
