Fabulous c. 1920's hat stand from Paris. This hat stand is brass and the base is cast metal. It measures 12" tall. The top is brass and is embossed, "V.N. SIEGEL PARIS 19 RUE REAUMUR.19." It has some areas of tarnish. The base is charming; claw feet with peeling silver paint. Superb piece!
