Charming c. 1910 oil of a Villa from France. Painted on artist board, the board measures 8-3/4" by 5-1/2" and is mounted on cardboard which measures 12" by 8-3/4." Nicely executed with a beautiful color palette that looks much prettier in person. Signed by the artist "BL" (Leon Bonneau). The cardboard mat has French handwriting in pencil with the title, date and artist's name. Painting is in good condition with some small paint chips and a 3/4" chip on the bottom.
