Fabulous c. 1920's taxidermy turtle shell attached to a wooden backing to form a store display of sorts. The wooden back has a plaque that reads, "THE CROSBY FRISIAN FUR CO. CUSTOM FOR TANNERS AND TAXIDERMISTS ROCHESTER N.Y." It measures 17" tall, 14" wide and protrudes approx. 6." There is a small hole in the turtle shell as noted in the photos, as well as a small 1/2" of peeling on the shell. Terrific display piece!
