Decorative china tip or bill tray acquired in France. These trays have the tab amount printed in Francs which was used in lieu of a bill on the table. The French no longer use china or porcelain, but plastic, making these quite collectible. This measures 4-3/4" in diameter and the Paris manufacturer on the underside.
