Decorative old china tip or bill tray acquired in France. These trays have the tab amount printed in Francs which was used in lieu of a bill on the table. The French no longer use china or porcelain, but plastic, making these quite collectible. This measures 5" in diameter and the Paris manufacturer on the underside. Chips on the underside rim.
