Own a piece of San Francisco hotel history with this decorative mid 20th century gilded wood table from the Mark Hopkins Hotel atop Nob Hill in San Francisco. The Mark Hopkins had gone through some renovation and this is one of three identical that tables I obtained. Most likely Italian in origin. This table measures 26-1/2" tall and 30" in diameter. A circular mahogany top with a gilt apron and three boldly curved gilded legs centered by a lower shelf. Overall excellent condition with some minor areas of wear on the top. Nice large size for an entry or side table.
