19th C. English Copper Samovar Tea Urn
Gorgeous large 19th century English samovar (or tea urn).
This magnificent piece is made of copper and brass. It features a removable domed lid with finial, a lovely copper and brass body with wooden handles, a large brass spigot, all mounted to a footed base.
It measures 18" tall by 14" wide by 14" deep. Excellent condition for its age. There are areas of tarnish as noted in the photos. Some light dings, but nothing that deters from the elegance of this piece.
Made in England by S. & W. Kingdon, Exeter.
A gorgeous antique piece that in addition to holding liquid, would make a lovely statement as a centerpiece!
