19th C. French Bronze Basket Chandelier 31"

Absolutely stunning c. 1890s French gilt bronze basket 4 light woven basket chandelier.

Chandelier is an openwork woven basket with three arms suspended from bronze "ropes", finished off with a bow at the top. There is a light at the end of each arm, and one in the center of the basket, along with whimsical bronze stems with leaves.

The chandelier measures 31" tall to the top of the bow. The basket has roses around the center and measures approx. 6-1/2" high and 9-1/2" in diameter. The outside of the arms are approx. 18" in diameter. Three of the lights have their original beaded crystal covers.

The chandelier has a long cord with built-in switch with a 28" long chain. Superb original condition!
