19th C. French Figural House-Shaped Pocket Watch Vitrine

From a private collection of a long time collector of antique French vitrines, we have a rare and lovely 19th century French figural house-shaped beveled glass pocket watch vitrine.

This beautiful house-shaped vitrine consists of thick beveled glass with gilt filigree metal footed base.  Quite rare and unique! 

The front opens to a beautiful faded rose-colored silk fabric that is the epitome of time worn elegance. We love the color! There is an ornate hook for hanging a pocket watch.

It measures approx. 5-1/8" tall by 3" wide and approx. 2-1/8" deep. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
