1926 Mark Hopkins Hotel Crested Handled Teapot

Stunning 1920s silver plate handled teapot from the historic Mark Hopkins Hotel atop San Francisco's Nob Hill. The teapot looks amazing in person!

This ornate pot bears the hotel's fancy crest on the side. It has been professionally polished by a silversmith and has a gleaming bright patina. The interior is clean for serving. The exterior has a couple of teeny dings, but it's almost a flawless piece that looks like new.

The 8 ounce teapot measures 6-1/2" tall and 5" from handle to spout. It is 7-1/4" to the end of the wooden handle. Manufactured by Gorham and stamped, "MARK HOPKINS 1926 8 oz".

An absolutely beautiful and collectible piece from the Mark!

This piece was acquired from the estate of Robert Yuen, a fourth generation San Franciscan, and a lifelong collector of hotelware.
