Art Deco Platinum Mine Cut Diamond Ring
Simply stunning c. 1920s/30s platinum mine cut diamond ring in the most beautiful setting.
The ring consists of 10 old mine cut diamonds. The larger center two diamonds are approx. 12 points each, then there are two smaller ones at 5 points each, 6 more diamonds at 2 points each, with a total of 46 points, or .46 TWC--close to a half a carat. The diamonds are bright, and glisten beautifully in person.
The face of the ring is 12.89 mm tall. I love how the diamonds can been seen from the sides of the shank with some pretty engraving. Simply beautiful workmanship.
The ring is a US size 7.75, and is easily sizeable. Total weight is 3.2 grams. Stamped "platinum".
An elegant and fine example a diamond ring of the Art Deco era!
