Huge 20" 1930s Silver Plate Golf Trophy
A massive, wonderful 1930s silver plated golf trophy.
The trophy has wonderful figural golf clubs. It is engraved on the front, "Lakewood Golf Club Trophy Tourist Amateur Tournament", and on the backside with the tournament winners from 1932 1933 and 1934 (Robert Hamilton of St. Petersburg on January 29, 1932 and Jan. 8, 1933, 2-year consecutive winner, and in Jan. 1934 C. Bayard Mitchell of Woodbury NJ).
It measures 19 3/4" tall to the top of the handles and 9-1/4" from handle to handle. It weighs over 4 pounds. In excellent condition with two very minor dings.
We've left the trophy unpolished in the event that you prefer an aged patina. Would look lovely polished as well.
A terrific, large trophy for your collection!
