Large 19th C. French Casket Box with Hand Blown Eggs

Amazing, large 19th century French leather glass top casket box filled with hand blown eggs dating to the 19th century.

The box measures 7-1/4" long by 4-5/8" wide and stands 3" tall. It has a beveled glass lid and a keyhole, but no key. It has large and beautiful assortment of eggs in an array of sizes including very small. Lovely color assortment. Some wear to the leather box from age.

The box can also be used for jewelry if desired, and makes a beautiful presentation box.
