Vintage Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Beverly Hills Serving Dish
Lovely vintage silver plate oval serving dish from the famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. The hotel was once owned by Arnold Kirkeby who was an American hotelier.
The Beverly Wilshire is a historic luxury hotel. Located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, it was completed in 1928. It has been used as a shooting location for films and television series. Guests have included US presidents and celebrities.
"Kirkeby Hotels" is stamped on rim and the base is stamped, "Beverly Wilshire".
It is in gorgeous condition with a bright patina and very little wear. It measures 10" long by 6" wide and 2" deep.
This is a highly collectible piece and great for serving small dishes. Manufactured by International Silver Company and stamped, "Beverly Wilshire." Dated 1947.
