Vintage Clift Hotel, San Francisco Crested Teapot
A really lovely early 1900s silver plate teapot from the historic Clift Hotel in downtown San Francisco. The hotel opened in 1915 and is still in existence today.
This teapot has a fancy raised crest on the front, and includes the hotel's name. It measures 6-1/2" from handle to spout and 4-3/4" tall. It has a lovely patina with very little wear. Interior is clean and perfect for serving an individual serving of tea.
Manufactured by Reed & Barton. The name has worn off on the bottom, but dates to the early part of the 20th century.
A very collectible teapot from a historic hotel!
