Vintage Waldorf Astoria, New York City Bon Bon Dish
This fancy vintage silver plate bon bon dish is from the famous Waldorf Astoria in New York City. It is part of a collection of three that I purchased. These date to the 1930s.
The shell-shaped dish has the Waldorf's famous Deco motif on the handle. The dish measures 8-3/4" long by 4-1/2" wide by 1-5/8" tall.
Nice condition with light use commensurate with age. Wonderful serving pieces.
Manufactured by International Silver Company, with the Waldorf's name and date on the base.
I have the exact piece as use it as a fancy spoon rest. Just a thought!
There are 3 available, one with a bit deeper scratches than the other two. Please select quantity at checkout.
