1929 Mark Hopkins Hotel, San Francisco Shell-Shaped Nut Dish

From my personal collection, a fancy 1920s silverplate shell-shaped nut dish from the Mark Hopkins Hotel atop San Francisco's Nob Hill.

This ornate dish bears the Mark's crest on the tab handle. It's polished up beautifully and is in excellent condition.

It measures 5-1/4" by 4" and approx. 1" deep.

Manufactured by Gorham. Stamped and dated, "Mark Hopkins 1929".
