1930s English Sterling Silver Enamel Football Fob Medal

A pretty 1930s English sterling silver and enamel football fob medal.

The medal has royal blue and green enamel. It reads, "WEST MIDDLESEX FOOTBALL SOUTH LEAGUE." The back is engraved and dated 1930-31.
