19th C. French Palais Royal Carriage Casket Box

Rare and wonderful 19th century French Palais Royal figural carriage casket box.

This beautiful box is made of a base metal and has glass windows with a beveled glass lid. The wheels are moveable and the box is in pristine condition. The interior is a red tufted silk which is original to the piece.

It measures approx. 4" long by 3" wide and stands 3-1/2" tall.

One of the prettiest casket boxes that I've ever seen. A special Palais Royal piece for your collection.
