Acquired in France, a stunning 19th century landscape oil on wood in an amazing gesso frame.

This striking painting has beautiful detail--so nicely executed. Unsigned. 

The magnificent carved gesso frame measures 20-3/4" by 17-3/4" by 2" thick. 

Excellent condition. A teeny bit of wood loss on the frame.

The back has the Versailles label. 

This is an amazing French painting that would compliment any space and fit in with any style.
