Amazing Scarce 19th C. Large Antique Plaza Hotel, New York City Crested Teapot

From my personal collection, an elegant and scarce tall 19th century silver plate coffee or teapot from the legendary Plaza Hotel in New York City. This piece is one of the finest examples of hotel silver from a highly sought after hotel.

The style and craftsmanship makes this a standout piece. Photos don’t do it justice. The pot bears the double "P" crest on both the front and back. The handle and spout are so ornate and beautiful.

The piece has polished up beautifully and has a mirror-bright patina. The interior can be used for serving.

It measures 10-1/2" tall and 8-1/2" wide from handle to spout. No noticeable dents or dings.

The bottom marks have worn off, but it's definitely from the Plaza.
