Antique St. Francis Hotel, San Francisco Match Holder

Quite fancy c. 1900 silver plated match holder from the famous St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco's downtown Union Square.

The match holder is quite ornate with repousse on both sides. It bears the hotel's name and "San Francisco" on the base.

It measures 4" tall by 5-1/2" long. It has polished up nicely. There are some areas of wear giving it a great patinated look.

Manufactured by Reed & Barton and stamped, "St. Francis."
