Large 19th C. English Engraved Presentation Trowel

Huge silver plated school presentation trowel from a lavish estate. We've never seen such a large trowel.

This comes in its original purple silk-lined presentation box. The leather box measures 16-3/4" by 5-3/4" wide.

The trowel has a carved ivory handle. It is engraved and dated 1891. It measures 15" long and 4-1/2" at its widest point. Amazing!

It's in excellent condition.
