This book grew out of the TV series "The French Chef", which was designed to cover as much as possible of French cooking in several seasons of weekly half-hour programs. It ranges from sauces and meats to appetizers, vegetables and desserts, and from the very simple to fairly complicated. All of the recipes have been worked out to perfection, with absolute clarity, down to the last specific detail.
Excellent condition with original dust jacket now protected in a Mylar cover. Nice, clean copy.
