Rare 19th C. French Napoleon III Figural Mirror Jewelry Casket Box

From my personal collection, a superb, rare 19th c. Napoleon III era French mirror jewelry casket box.

This amazing jewelry box is one of the finest that we've ever acquired. It has glorious gilt detail throughout. Foliage and even a cherub face on the base make this such a striking piece.

The side of the mirror opens to a brown velvet interior with two drawers for your jewels. The base is a brown velvet.

It measures 7-3/4" tall by 5-7/8" wide (the base) and 3-1/2" deep. It is in phenomenal condition.
